The public institution Center for Culture "Semberija" Bijeljina was founded in 2007 by merging the Youth Center, Cinema and Gallery "Milenko Atanackovic" into one institution.
Most of the programs realized by the Center are performed in the building of the Center for Culture, completed in 2012, which is one of the most beautiful buildings purpose-built for the needs of cultural creativity in the Republic of Srpska and BiH. The Center has, among other things, a multipurpose hall for stage facilities with 350 seats, with a stage equipped to the latest standards, the City Gallery, spaces for artistic creation, rehearsals, the work of youth organizations, press conferences, wedding hall…
The recently renovated City Cinema, with modern 3D technology, also operates within the Cultural Center.
The main activities of the Cultural Center "Semberija" Bijeljina are: stage, cinema, gallery and education.
