The museum has the necessary staff and 4 exhibition halls of 105 square meters and one hall for temporary exhibitions, and they house 3 permanent museum exhibits with all-day and daily openness.
The archeological exhibition is located on the ground floor of the museum and includes the material remains of civilization from the Neolithic to the late Middle Ages. It houses the largest and most significant collection of medieval inscriptions in BiH and beyond, with 23 Cyrillic inscriptions in the Old Slavonic language of the Serbian editorial office.
There is also a collection of Roman stone monuments (Jupiter's altar, stone vessel, two lion figures, stela, and statuettes) as well as finds from the most researched medieval sites of Jazbina in Batković and a medieval cast pot from Ostojićevo.

The historical exhibition covers the history of Bijeljina from the first mention on March 3, 1446 to the 20th century and includes an exhibition of photographs of old buildings in Bijeljina, old weapons and objects.
